CFM is a social enterprise based out of New Delhi, India whose mission is to create wealth for its primary stakeholdersartisan communities at the bottom of the supply chain by offering quality handmade products to our customers at competitive prices by working directly with the community to reduce the number of intermediaries in the chain.

As a supply chain manager for many artisan communities CFM provides a one stop shop for consumers who are looking to source handmade products through a comprehensive package of Product Design and Development, Production Planning, Management and Quality Assurance, Export Documentation to shipping consolidation.

Fair Trade and Quality Assurance
All CFM products subscribe to fair trade principles and customers can track each process of value addition on our website (www.whycfm.org) for complete transparency.

CFM has incorporated a very detailed system of production control, quality, tracking and reward system for the artisans. We just cover our basic costs and the rest of the proceeds are passed back to the artisan community. CFM does not accept any business where the prices offered could result in compromising quality or paying a fair wage to the artisans.
